Legal Services And Court Advocacy

Safe Passage helps victims overcome the intimidation often experienced when entering the judicial process. Our trained advocates assist with protection orders, legal referrals and coordination between law enforcement and the prosecutor’s office. Cell phones to reach 911 emergency services are also made available to victims.

We provide court advocacy services to survivors of domestic or sexual violence. Our court advocates can assist with protection orders, provide legal referrals, and participate in the Kootenai County domestic violence court.
